Actually stayed there twice during a week-long trip, 2 days each time. It was a bit difficult to find the front entrance as it opens from a tiny side street. Front desk staff did not have great English, but tried everything to accommodate and help. Room was clean and comfortable, hotel is smack middle of downtown, about a block from the presidential palace, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. We liked that they provided free parking nearby, and the breakfast was EXCELLENT! Full breakfast with eggs and pastries and everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, definitely recommend!

Fantastic bed! And the best breakfast buffet of our 3 month South American trip! (There's even champagne!) The room was a generous size with a huge, firm bed. That's rare and very appreciated since my fiance is 6'3". The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Santiago where all the main sights are. Also, the room had USB charging ports. This is great for foreign travelers who might not yet have the local electric plugs. This is thoughtful design. We would have extended our stay, if we had had the time. It's a great place! 10/10

The Breakfast is a wide good spread. Hotel located in central area, walking distance to Near the busy shopping streets and restaurants. Two Metro stations (Santa Ana and ….) are located nearby at 10 min walk. The hotel staff is mainly Spanish , but anytime , particular staff speaks reasonable English. Staff was helpful in guiding the tourist spots / Package Tours tie-up with Hotel and arranging the Taxis for local trips and Airport. Room is Quite big with good space bathroom.

The staff were polite and helpful as we struggled with the language barrier. The breakfast was amazing. Every day there was fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and granola, two egg dishes, sausage, makings for grilled sandwiches, and an entire dessert table (which I have never seen at a breakfast before). This really added to the value of our stay. The location was convenient to the metro, La Moneda, and Plaza de Armas. There are also many restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast with a variety of items. Great location in the centre and close to bus stop for hop on hop off bus. Staff were very helpful. We cancelled another hotel to stay here upon our return from a 2 night trip to Rapa Nui. The hotel stored our luggage. Would stay here again.
